How do I add a trip?

Tap the ‘+’ icon on the top right hand corner. You can add a new trip manually by following the step-by-step instructions, scanning your boarding pass, or emailing your trip itinerary to us at trip@readytotravel.com.

I have emailed my flight itinerary – what’s next?

Great! Look out for our confirmation email, and the details will be added to your trip shortly. Remember to check your junk folder as well and mark us as a trusted sender!

How do I edit my flight details?

On the ‘My Trips’ page, tap on ‘Edit’ at the top right hand corner of your trip. You may leave fields that are inapplicable to you blank.

I have a transit flight. How do I add my transit details?

You can add your transit details after you have created a trip. On the ‘My Trips’ page, tap on ‘Edit’ at the top right hand corner of your trip, and add your transit details in the relevant fields.

What is eRegister?

eRegister is a free service available for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents who travel or reside abroad. A new registration has to be submitted for each new trip. While you are not obliged to eRegister, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singapore (MFA) and Ready To Travelhope that you do, as it allows MFA to better help you during an emergency or crisis.

Why should I eRegister?

eRegister allows the MFA to contact and provide you with information as soon as possible and as situations develop. For example, MFA have contacted and advised Singaporeans in the past during emergencies, and have also been better able to coordinate help for Singaporeans with the information they have furnished. It only takes a few minutes to register and this ensures faster and targeted assistance for you. If you sign up for an account, you can also return in the future to log new trips, as well as to keep track of your recent trips.

How do I eRegister for Ministry of Foreign Affairs,Singapore (MFA)?

Once you have created a Trip; you will see “Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singapore eRegistration” under the tab “My Trips”. Simply click on “eRegister now” and you will be redirected to the MFA eRegister website. Follow the instructions on the website to complete the registration.

Where can I find Travel Notices and Advisories issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singapore (MFA)?

You may view Travel Notices and Advisories issued by the MFA under “Travel Notices”, by clicking on the Menu Bar on the top left hand corner of the screen.

Alternatively, you can follow MFA’s Twitter account at @MFAsgConsular. While MFA Travel Notices and Advisories aim to help Singaporeans make well-informed decisions when travelling overseas, the decision to travel is a personal responsibility.

What should I do if I need urgent help from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singapore (MFA) while I am overseas?

Should you require emergency assistance when travelling, you can contact the nearest Singapore Overseas Mission or MFA at +65 6379 8000. Alternatively, please refer to MFA’s website for more information.

Can I change or cancel my flight bookings via Ready To Travel?

No, Ready To Travel is not integrated with any airline booking system. Please contact your airline or booking agent to change or cancel your flight.

How do I invite friends to join My Trip on ReadyTo Travel?

On the ‘My Trips’ page, select the desired trip and tap on ‘+ Add friends’. Please send the invite to your friend’s email address or mobile number that was used to register with Ready To Travel

How many friends can I invite to join my trip?

You can invite as many friends as you like!

Can my friends edit My Trip’s itinerary?

You can authorise different access rights to your friends. ‘Administrators’ of your trip can edit your itinerary, while ‘travellers’ can only view your itinerary.

How can I edit my friends’ permissions or remove friends from My Trip?

Under “My Trip”, tap on the three dots beside each invited traveller to change their permissions or remove them from your Trip.
