How do I register for an account on Ready To Travel?

You can register for an account on Ready To Travel using your email and phone number, or your Facebook account.

Can I change my settings to another language?

We regret to inform that Ready To Travel is currently only available in English.

How can I disable notification alerts from ReadyToTravel?

We highly recommend you to enable notifications from Ready To Travel, in order to receive important updates and reminders for your trips. To edit notification settings, open ‘Settings’ in the top left hand corner, tap on ‘Notifications’, and customise your app alerts.

Can I delete my Ready To Travel account?

Please get in touch with the Ready To Travel Team at support@readytotravel.com.

How do I change my password?

Open ‘Settings’ in the top left hand corner, and tap on ‘Change Password’ to change your password.

What if I have forgotten my password?

Tap ‘Forgot your password?’ on the login screen, or simply change your password under ‘Settings’ if you have logged in. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

Will Ready To Travel be collecting and storing my travel data?

Ready To Travel will collect and store your flight information, product purchases and itineraries.

Are my personal data kept private and secure? What will my data be used for?

Please be rest assured that Ready To Travel will keep your personal data private and secure. Your personal data will only be used to generate important travel reminders or updates for your trips. We will not disclose your personal data to any third parties.

Can I log in to my Ready To Travel account using a different device?

Yes, you can log in to your Ready To Travel account using a different device.

Can I use Ready To Travel on multiple devices?

Yes, but we recommend using Ready To Travel on only one device, in order to keep your information secure and accurate! If you have edited your trips, please refresh the app for the changes to be reflected on other devices.

I suspect an unauthorised usage of my account. What should I do?

What are the available modes of payment?

Ready To Travel currently supports credit and debit card payment.

Are my credit card details secure?

Yes, your data security is our top priority. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

How can I share Ready To Travel with my friends?

Open the menu and tap on ‘Share with Friends’. You can share Ready To Travel with your friends through SMS, Copy Link, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp or Email.

How do I unsubscribe from Ready To Travel’s mailing list?

You may unsubscribe from Ready To Travel’s mailing list by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link found at the bottom of each email.
